Maple Grove is located on 7 acres of beautifully landscaped property with 700 feet of waterfront on the St. Lawrence River. The home is located in the Broadway Historic District, which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. It is in the village of Cape Vincent, gateway to the Thousand Islands area of upstate New York. The house was built in 1838 for Theophilus Peugnet, a distinguished officer in Napoleon's Army.

The expansive lawn area on the grounds can be tented for large functions such as weddings, receptions, musical concerts, and parties.

Maple Grove is the ideal location for exploring both the Canadian and U.S. sides of the famous Thousand Islands Region. Guests may enjoy swimming, sailing, boating, kayaking, bicycling, snorkeling, scuba diving, strolling in our beautiful gardens, walking to nearby Tibbitts Light House, or sitting on the front porch watching the ocean going ships as they pass to and from the Great Lakes.
