Cancellation Policy

If Guests cancel the reservation for any reason, no refund of the rent payment will be made unless we rent to someone else at the same or greater rental rate for the same time period that you reserved.  If we re-rent, guests will receive a refund of 50% of the total rent paid and all of the security/cleaning deposit. No refund of the rent will be made for late arrival or early departure by guests, or if guests vacate the property. Please note that weather, acts of God or events beyond Homeowners’ control are not grounds for a refund of rent. Guests agree that rental monies are refundable only in accordance with this cancellation policy stated above.

If guests wish to reschedule their stay, the new time must be available, homeowners must agree, and guests must pay a $1750.00 rescheduling fee that will be refunded, except for $100.00, if we rent to someone else for the same time period you reserved at the same or greater rental rate.  Our cancellation, refund, and rescheduling agreement shall supersede and have priority over any cancellation, refund, or rescheduling policy of Homeaway.com, VRBO.com, Glamping Hub, Airbnb.com or any other internet advertising service.
